AIS triathlete Brad Kahlefeldt has produced an excellent performance to finish seventh in a top quality field that competed in last weekend’s final Accenture series race held in Geelong.

Kahlefeldt was extremely competitive in a top international field, which included Olympic Champion Simon Whitfield, World Champion Peter Robertson (AUS) and world number one triathlete Chris Hill.

Kahlefeldt’s excellent result has now secured him a place in the Australian Under-23 team, which will compete at the 2002 Triathlon World Champships in Cancun, Mexico in November.
